2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kiss98 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kiss98 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To open a kiss98 Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kiss98 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false age information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended kiss98 Account. Each person is entitled to one Account only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a kiss98 employee or business partner.

kiss98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kiss98 login credentials. kiss98 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must:

• Not share your username or password with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify kiss98 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting [email protected].

kiss98 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you, unless you have notified kiss98 of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the kiss98 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). kiss98 supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. kiss98 does not accept deposits from credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified Malaysian bank account registered in your name. kiss98 processes withdrawal requests same-day for verified accounts during operational hours (Mon–Sun, 10:00am–10:00pm GMT+8). kiss98 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal is RM 50.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of funds deposited to your kiss98 Account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud. kiss98 reserves the right to suspend or close the relevant Account immediately and recover costs associated with any chargeback.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

kiss98 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

kiss98 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where:

• The Player has violated the terms of the relevant promotion;
• The Player's conduct indicates abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating play with other accounts;
• The Player has provided false information to qualify for a bonus.

Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Where a Player holds both, real money funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the kiss98 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence in respect of game conduct.

kiss98 prohibits the following conduct:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any algorithm-assisted wagering system;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including at live dealer tables;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or malfunctions. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will be reversed from the Account Balance;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

kiss98 games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and others. The integrity and fairness of all games is governed by the independent testing certifications held by each provider. Returns to player (RTP) data for all slots is published in the relevant game information panel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kiss98 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, trademarks, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of kiss98 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of kiss98.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss98 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service provider failures;
• Actions taken by payment providers including delays or refusals in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Any loss arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials.

kiss98's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arises, or RM 1,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit kiss98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

kiss98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;
• Session Time Limits — receive alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of play;
• Cool-Off Periods — temporary access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, during which no marketing communications will be sent and no Account reactivation will be permitted for the specified duration.

kiss98 enforces the minimum age of 21 years without exception. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and the Account Balance returned.

11. Termination & Suspension

kiss98 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A Player requesting self-exclusion;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a licensing authority.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting kiss98 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at closure will be refunded to a verified payment method registered to your name, following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

kiss98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating a kiss98 Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kiss98 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kiss98 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local laws and regulations and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable Malaysian law.

14. Amendments

kiss98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always available on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any revision.
